Hidden Pain, Visible Strength
“You are strong because you have to be, not necessarily because you want to be. You perform the roles in which you are responsible and in your alone time when everything is quiet and you get some time to yourself to be human, you remove the cape at times with hot tears trickling down your face, wondering how you will do it all, as you gather yourself to repeat the process again tomorrow. In a world of lack, you are plenty, more than enough!” (Colvin, 2025). Many of us have had to be Superwoman when we felt anything but strong on the inside. There are internal struggles and silent challenges that we as women will face, at times you are tired but it is through the power of God and the Community of our She is Phenomenal Sisters that we come together and become stronger, wiser, and better. We understand two is better than one and where my Sister is weak I do not exploit her weaknesses I help to wash and heal her wounds!
Finding Your Divine Purpose
The human heart is forever searching for meaning, longing for significance, and reaching out for value. This is why just any relationship won’t work and just any connection won’t do. You were made for Purpose! You were created with God’s plan in mind. In fact He said “For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord,”plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11. This Ministry was birthed and this Conference was designed with you in God’s infinite knowledge. “She is Phenomenal” is designed to help unique vessels like you be molded into masterpieces in the hands of the potter. As you encounter His presence our desire is that you will come into greater alignment with His will and Purpose for your life. You were made to do something significantly meaningful for God’s glory.
Important, Imparted, and Impacted

Unseen
There were times that you may have felt as if the world was moving but your life was at a standstill and you appeared invisible. I want to tell you that God saw you and He still sees you. You are important to Him. There’s nothing about your life that is without significance, nothing! There is also nothing about your life that will be wasted. You are so important that God will take every opportunity to make you a masterpiece. As the layers of hurt, shame, and regret are peeled away during this Conference you will begin to see that God sees the unseen areas of our lives, the things that no one else does but He still included us in. He still counted us Important enough to be a part of His plan.

Heavy
At times, the weight of what you face feels enormous, heavy, but remember, he said that his grace is sufficient. The weight was heavy, but it didn’t break you; it only built you. You carried it while God carried you. As you embark on this Journey with like-minded women around the world, you realize there are other women who felt the weight of the burdens of life who too have come to cast their cares on Jesus and exchange their burdens for his breakthrough, and their heaviness for his healing. -” But he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my Power is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 12:9

Disconnected
This time is about Impartation. Impartation for Elevation. Jesus is imparting some key principles and life essentials during these life giving moments where we believe that you will never be the same. Everything that attempts to hold you in bondage and keep you out of the Purpose and plan of God is being disconnected and disrupted. There is a disconnecting that is occurring in order to reconnect you to Him. Whatever was lacking God is filling in the missing pieces. The areas where you felt a disconnect in your life or that you didn’t know where you truly fit into God’s plan he is imparting into you to set you forward into your next! The impartation is where the Gift of God and the Grace of God merge with His Power for Kingdom Impact!
God’s Impact upon your life is one that will not just be felt but seen and demonstrated. We believe in a culture at She is Phenomenal that exists to pass the baton of excellence on to our next generation of girls and Women, it is from this perspective that this Mentorship was born. As Phenomenal women what legacy of excellence and Identity are we giving to our daughters, nieces, sisters, cousins, neighbors, and communities of young ladies? It is true that if we don’t teach our young ladies who they are, someone else will try to misteach them. We must steward the moment with diligence, grace, and excellence, while pouring into them the life essentials necessary to build upon and thrive. We have been given the honor of training them to reign and schooling them to rule. We help develop them in character, understanding their value while preparing them for victory. They are made to reign! They are Royalty in demonstration and heirs of distinction.

This is an evening of elegance and joy where young ladies will come together during the She is Phenomenal Conference and worship. Fellowshipping in hope, excitement, and distinction while experiencing God’s love, Power, and Healing. This experience will be a hallmark that will forever live in the hearts and minds of a young lady. It will be a moment of grace and glory. Message from Founder Zipporah Colvin
She is Phenomenal Women’s Conference was orchestrated by God with you in mind. As we embark on this journey together, we understand that this is a process of becoming. We are experiencing our own Metamorphosis as we are developing more into the image and likeness of Christ. There are many things that desired to destroy you and would have if they could have, but because there’s more, you must continue!
As you come to Conference and even long after Conference is over let there remain in you a resounding of truth that reminds you that you were preserved to prosper. What meant to destroy you could not destroy you because God’s plan for you was not yet complete and it still continues. God preserved you to prosper you in every area of your life and He’s still bringing it to pass.
Hold your head up my sister and know that the best of what God has for you has not been released to you, it is still forthcoming!
